This notice covers roadmap.vinsyt.com only — the private site that hosts the Vinsyt investor and partner presentation. It does not cover the Vinsyt product, which is governed by the agreement between Vinsyt and the dealership that operates it.
What we collect
This site collects information only from people who ask for access to the deck. When you request access or sign in, we record:
- Your name and email address.
- Your company and the reason you gave for requesting access, if you filled those in.
- Your sign-in method and the dates your account was created and approved.
If you sign in with Google, Google confirms your identity to us and shares your name, email address, and profile image. We never receive your Google password, and this site is not operated by or affiliated with Google.
If you sign in with an email and password, the password is held by Google Firebase Authentication and is never visible to Vinsyt.
What we do with it
We use it to decide whether to grant you access to the deck, to know who has been granted access, and to contact you about the material you were shown. We do not use it for advertising, we do not sell it, and we do not share it with anyone outside Vinsyt except the service providers below.
Who processes it
- Google Firebase (Authentication, Firestore, Hosting) — stores the account records and serves this site.
- Google Fonts — serves the typeface used on these pages.
This site sets no advertising cookies and runs no third-party analytics or tracking pixels. The only browser storage it uses is the session token Firebase needs to keep you signed in.
How long we keep it
For as long as your access is active, and for a reasonable period afterwards so we have a record of who was shown confidential material. Ask us and we will delete your account and its record.
Your choices
Email jeff@vinsyt.com to see, correct, export, or delete anything we hold about you, or to withdraw your access request. We will action it.
